2009 One Show College Competition Client Announced

Heads Up! CCNY has received “advance notice” of The One Show College Competition Client: it is a regional brand of horseradish named Long's.

Attached find the creative brief; please check out the website for more information:

As many of you know, CCNY-MCA has had enormous success the last two years with the One Show, a distinguished and highly competitive student competition. In 2007, CCNY won the Client Pitch and last year ad/pr student, Laura Malandrino, was a Merit Winner in the Print Campaign category.

According to One Show Advisor and MCA Deputy Chair Prof. Nancy Tag, “I'm especially excited to be able to get a jump on
The One Show College Competition 2009! As always, I’ll offer a support group to get students ready for the submission deadline which is February 20, 2009. Watch this blog for updates; instructors will also have updated info in the weeks ahead.”
