Subject: Video contest for NYC college and university students - January Deadline

I'm reaching out from NYVS, the premier online film school, to share news of a video contest open only to college and university students in New York City. In the "NY vs. NY: Favorite Places in NYC" contest, students are asked to create a short video telling an entertaining story about their favorite place in NYC.

To help students learn more about shooting, editing and storytelling, we are giving all participants a free subscription to NYVS.com for the duration of the contest. This is a great opportunity for students to gain resume building skills and to show off their video making talents, with the chance to win a professional grade still/video camera and gift certificates to support their video and filmmaking careers.

I've attached a contest flyer with basic information, but feel free to reach out to me with any additional questions ( Visit www.nyvs.com/nyvsny to see official contest rules).

As this is an amazing opportunity for NYC based students, we appreciate any help you can give in spreading the word for this contest.
